Walk or Run with DLC at the 13th Annual GREAT HUMAN RACE!

Join us on Saturday, March 29 at 9:00am at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park to run or walk 5K around Downtown Durham while raising funds for Durham Literacy Center. The Competitive Race starts at 9:30am, followed by the Non-Competitive Walk at 9:35am.

Now in its 13th year, the Great Human Race is a fundraiser for
Triangle area nonprofits hosted by the Volunteer Center of Durham.
Before the race, walkers and runners collect donations for the
nonprofit of their choice. (This is easier than ever since donors can
now contribute online.) Our goal is to raise $7,000.

Please stop by our temporary classroom location Lakewood Baptist Church (2100 Chapel Hill Rd.) to pick up a race packet (Mon-Thurs, 9am-12pm; 4:30-8:30pm) or contact us at 489-8383.
