Update: Many thanks to all who spread the news that we needed summer tutors for our youth education programs! We now have enough tutors to work with your young adult learners through July.
If you are still interested in joining our program, please contact us to let us know that you would like to tutor in the fall semester, which begins in September.
If you have some free time in the morning and would like to help youth aged 16 to 24 earn their high school equivalency degrees (e.g., GED), please consider joining our Youth Education Program as a volunteer summer tutor!
We are looking for tutors who can volunteer one or more mornings per week (9am - 11:30am Monday through Thursday). You can pick your subject(s) - Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, or Math - and your schedule. We will provide a brief training and prepare lesson plans for you to use with our students.
